Acceptance and account
By creating an account, publishing a listing or buying tokens you accept these terms, the legal notice and the privacy and cookie policies.
You sign in with your Evoteg account (https://gestor.evoteg.com), shared across Evoteg services. You are responsible for your credentials and your account activity. You must be at least 14 to create an account and 18 to buy tokens.
Publish responsibly
Provide accurate information in the right category and location, and only content you have rights to. Illegal goods or services, explicit sexual content, counterfeits, third-party data without permission, misleading or duplicate listings and spam are not allowed.
Listings are published for 60 days. You can edit, pause, renew or delete them from My account.
Transactions between users
Sellers and interested people agree on price and terms directly. Professional sellers must meet their own information, invoicing and consumer-protection obligations.
The marketplace does not provide shipping, collect item prices or hold payments in escrow. Check the other party before agreeing a transaction.
Moderation and reports
We may review, withhold, pause or remove listings and messages that breach these terms, and suspend accounts for serious or repeated breaches or fraud. We tell you the decision and its reasons in your account notices, and you can request a review by emailing info@evoteg.com.
Anyone can report a listing or message with its controls or by email.
Professional profiles
Professional profiles are free and do not verify business identity: the details are supplied by their owner.
Tokens and promotions
Posting and professional profiles are free. Tokens pay for optional promotions: bump now (2 tokens), automatic daily bump for 7 days (14), highlight for 7 days (8), top positions for 7 days (20) and homepage for 7 days (30). Each promotion shows its cost and duration before activation. Views, enquiries and sales are not guaranteed.
Packs: First boost, 30 tokens for €4.99; More visibility, 100 tokens for €12.99; Business boost, 250 tokens for €24.99. Final prices, VAT included. Payment is made with Stripe; there is no subscription or automatic renewal. You receive a payment receipt by email and can request an invoice at info@evoteg.com.
Tokens do not expire while you keep your account, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and are lost when you delete your account. Cancelling an automatic bump returns the tokens for the remaining bumps. Test or gift tokens have no monetary value and are not refundable.
Withdrawal and refunds
As a consumer you can withdraw from a pack purchase within 14 calendar days of payment, without giving reasons, by emailing info@evoteg.com with the order. We refund the unused tokens, in proportion to the pack price, to the same payment method within 14 days.
If a payment is refunded or disputed in Stripe, the corresponding tokens are removed. If they were already spent, an outstanding balance remains and you cannot buy new promotions until it is settled; we never charge another card automatically.
Liability
Evoteg is not a party to transactions between users. To the extent permitted by law, its liability to a user is limited to the amount paid for the affected tokens. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
Account closure
You can delete your account at any time from My account → Security: your account, listings, messages and token balance are deleted. We may suspend or close accounts for serious breaches or fraud.
Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms by publishing the new version with its date and announcing important changes. Current version: 2026-10-21. Spanish law applies; consumers may go to the courts of their place of residence. Contact: info@evoteg.com.
