02

Purpose

Evomercado is a classifieds marketplace where private and professional sellers publish and browse listings for vehicles, property, jobs, home, electronics and more. Evoteg provides the technology for publishing, search, messaging and listing promotion.

Transactions are agreed directly between the parties. The marketplace does not sell the advertised items, take part in purchase payments or hold money in escrow.

03

Terms of use

Using the marketplace means accepting this notice, the terms of use and the privacy and cookie policies. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials safe and not use the marketplace for unlawful, fraudulent or bulk-messaging purposes.

04

User content

Each seller is responsible for their listings and for holding the rights to their texts and photographs. Illegal, misleading or rights-infringing content is not allowed.

Report it with the controls on each listing or message, or by emailing info@evoteg.com with the URL and your reasons. We review reports diligently and remove content where appropriate. You can request a review of a decision through the same channel.

05

Intellectual and industrial property

The software, design, own texts and trademarks of Evomercado belong to Rafael Gonzalez Muñoz or its licensors. Listing content belongs to each seller, who authorises its publication on the marketplace.

06

Liability

Evoteg is not a party to transactions between users and does not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the condition of items or the reliability of the parties. We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Linked third-party services (Stripe, OpenStreetMap, messaging apps) have their own terms.

07

Governing law and jurisdiction

Spanish law applies. Consumers may go to the courts of their place of residence; businesses and professionals, to those of the operator. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
